ABOUT ME

I’m Brittnee, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students into deeper strength, flexibility, and presence. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training and 300-hour Ashtanga training, blending the fluidity and creativity of Vinyasa with the discipline and precision of Ashtanga.

Over the years, I’ve owned my own yoga studio, led group classes, retreats, and 1:1 mentorships. Now, I focus on helping students refine their personal practice—whether that means building confidence in foundational poses, exploring advanced asana, or learning how to move with more breath, presence, and ease.

My approach is hands-on, highly personalized, and rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t just about doing the poses—it’s about discovering how to move in a way that feels strong, centered, and alive in your own body.

  • Hands-on assists (in-person) or detailed verbal adjustments (online) to help you find deeper alignment and expression of each pose.

  • Breathwork and mindfulness tools you will carry beyond the mat. (great for those who experience anxiety)

  • Each session ranges between $150-200

A 9-Week Online Yoga Journey for Body, Mind, and Energy


In Embodied Strength, you’ll join a small, supportive group for 9 weeks of deep-dive practice. We’ll break down each pose so you can fully activate every muscle group, building real, embodied strength.

But we won’t stop there. We’ll also dive into the energy of each posture—how breathing into the pose builds resilience in your mind and shifts your mood. We’ll journal and reflect on whatever arises, using yoga as a lens to see yourself more clearly and take aligned action.

You’ll learn to create strong poses, strong breath, and a strong, clear mind—plus an energetic strength that you carry with you on and off the mat. We’ll explore all seven energy centers and how moving through them can clear your energy. And we’ll touch on how yoga can be a powerful bottom-up therapy, transforming your experience from the inside out
